MD Industrial Services (“we”) operates this website. We collect only what we need to respond to you, deliver educational materials, review advisory or Bid Desk fit, and operate products when enrollment is open.

What we collect

• Profit Kit form: name, email, optional company, biggest challenge.
• Advisory application: operator profile, range-based company snapshot, decision notes, and disclosures you choose to provide.
• Bid Desk intake: contact, project type, area, timeline, bid description, risk, and desired turnaround.
• Price Engine demo: calculations run in your browser. We do not collect calculator inputs unless you later submit a Bid Desk or advisory form.
• Technical data typical of hosting (IP, user agent) via Netlify.
• Optional analytics if an analytics ID is configured.

What we do not collect

Do not send banking credentials, passwords, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, or other regulated credentials. We do not ask for them and we do not want them in form fields.

How we use information

To send the kit or related operator notes, evaluate advisory fit, operate membership access, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information. We do not publish customer names or sensitive financials.

Processors

Forms are processed by Netlify Forms. Hosting is on Netlify. Email and membership billing processors (when configured) will appear in an updated policy before enrollment opens.

Retention and rights

We keep submissions as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by law. You may request access or deletion atmike@mdindustrials.com.
