FAQ

Direct answers. No theater.

Membership, advisory, the kit, and the legal lines we will not cross.

What is How to Grow and Sell Your Epoxy Business?

It is a $99/month founding membership from MD Industrial Services for commercial epoxy flooring owners. You get a six-module curriculum, a monthly workshop, office hours, an operator toolkit, a private community, and anonymized case breakdowns. It is education and operating support — not a promise of revenue, valuation, or a sale.

Who is this for?

Owners and operating partners of commercial, industrial, or institutional epoxy flooring companies who want to grow, systemize, negotiate from a stronger position, and eventually make the company transferable. If you only want residential hacks or a guaranteed exit multiple, this is not the room.

What does founding price mean?

The founding price is $99/month. If you stay continuously subscribed, that price is intended to stay locked for your account. If you cancel and later return, the then-current public price applies. Initial founding capacity is 25 members.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Membership is month-to-month. Cancel anytime from the billing portal once enrollment is open. Access continues through the paid period.

Is there a refund policy?

The intended policy is a 14-day refund on the first payment if the membership is not a fit, subject to final legal review before enrollment opens. See the Refunds page. Advisory retainers follow a separate application agreement.

Do you guarantee results, income, or a company sale?

No. Outcomes depend on your market, execution, financials, legal facts, and buyers you may never control. We do not publish income claims, valuation multiples, or success guarantees.

How do I buy a membership or software seat?

The $99 membership, $497 Price Engine, and $997 Bid Desk buttons go to their Whop product pages. Operator Advisory is application-only on this site — there is no fake checkout for the $2,500 retainer. If a checkout URL is missing, that button stays disabled instead of inventing a cart.

What is MD Price Engine?

A $497/month software product: a live commercial epoxy job pricing calculator. The public page includes a working demo with labeled example assumptions. It is an estimating aid — not a guarantee, and not engineering, legal, or financial advice. It does not replace the $99 education membership.

What is MD Bid Desk?

A $997/month product that includes MD Price Engine plus a capped monthly bid-review service. The default cap is four commercial bid reviews per month. Subscribe on Whop, then submit an intake form; files are not required.

Does Price Engine or Bid Desk replace the $99 membership?

No. The membership is curriculum, workshop, office hours, toolkit, and community. The calculator prices a job from assumptions you enter. Bid Desk reviews a limited number of commercial bids. Buy the rung you need. Do not treat software as a cheaper education product.

What is Operator Advisory?

A private, application-only engagement at $2,500/month for a maximum of five clients. It includes a weekly 45-minute private call plus review of bids, hiring and scale decisions, and negotiation or exit questions. Active membership is required.

Why is membership required for advisory?

Advisory assumes you are working from the same curriculum, language, and toolkit. The weekly call is for decisions — not for reteaching the core material.

What does a strong advisory application look like?

Clear ownership, a real operating company, honest ranges (not theater), three live decisions, a 90-day outcome you can act on, and a willingness to implement between calls. We do not need banking credentials, tax IDs, or passwords — and you should never send them.

What is the Commercial Epoxy Job Profit Kit?

A free lead magnet for commercial epoxy operators: practical prompts and worksheets for looking at a job’s price, risk, and control points. It is educational. It is not a substitute for your estimator, attorney, or accountant.

Is this legal, tax, safety, or brokerage advice?

No. MD Industrial Services provides education, an estimating-aid calculator, bid-review notes, and operator perspective. Engage licensed professionals for contracts, employment, safety programs, tax, securities, and any sale or recapitalization.

Will you feature my company or my numbers?

We do not publish customer names, confidential deal terms, buyer identity, or sensitive company financials. Case breakdowns are anonymized and stripped of identifying detail.
